Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1.5 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • cup Sugar
  • 6 tablespoon Butter, melted

Filling

  • 16 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  2. 2. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. 3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. 4. Spread the filling evenly over the crust. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
