Chicken and Marinade
- 4 pieces Chicken Thighs
- 2 cups Buttermilk
- 1 tablespoon Hot Sauce
Breading
- 2 cups All-purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
Hot Oil
- 1 cup Vegetable Oil
- 2 tablespoon Cayenne Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
1. Marinate the chicken in buttermilk and hot sauce for at least 2 hours.
2. Mix flour, salt, pepper, and paprika in a bowl.
3. Dredge marinated chicken in the flour mixture.
4. Heat oil in a deep fryer to 350°F.
5. Fry chicken until golden brown and crispy, about 15 minutes.
6. In a separate pan, heat 1 cup of oil and add cayenne pepper, brown sugar, garlic powder, and paprika. Stir well.
7. Brush the hot oil mixture over the fried chicken.
8. Serve hot and enjoy!
