Salad Ingredients
- 1 head Napa cabbage shredded
- 2 pcs Carrots julienned
- 4 pcs Green onions sliced
- ¼ cup Cilantro chopped
- ¼ cup Toasted almonds sliced
- ¼ cup Sesame seeds toasted
Dressing Ingredients
- ¼ cup Rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded Napa cabbage, julienned carrots, sliced green onions, and chopped cilantro.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
3. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss to combine.
4. Sprinkle the toasted almonds and sesame seeds over the top before serving.
