Instructions
1. Season pork chops with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork chops and cook until browned on both sides, about 5 minutes per side.
3. Remove pork chops from skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, add mushrooms and cook until tender.
4. Add chicken broth to the skillet, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom. Return pork chops to the skillet.
5. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until pork chops are cooked through.
