Monte Cristo Sandwich
A delicious sandwich with ham, turkey, and Swiss cheese, dipped in egg and grilled to perfection.

- 4 slices Bread
- 2 slices Ham
- 2 slices Turkey
- 2 slices Swiss cheese
- 2 eggs Eggs
- 0.25 cup Milk
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- Powdered sugar optional
- Raspberry jam optional
Lay out the bread slices. Place a slice of ham, turkey, and Swiss cheese on two of the slices. Top with the remaining bread slices.
In a shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Dip each sandwich in the egg mixture, coating both sides.
Cook the sandwiches in the skillet until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Optional: Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with raspberry jam.
