  • 4 slices Bread
  • 2 slices Ham
  • 2 slices Turkey
  • 2 slices Swiss cheese
  • 2 eggs Eggs
  • 0.25 cup Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • Powdered sugar optional
  • Raspberry jam optional

Instructions 

  1. Lay out the bread slices. Place a slice of ham, turkey, and Swiss cheese on two of the slices. Top with the remaining bread slices.
  2. In a shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
  3. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Dip each sandwich in the egg mixture, coating both sides.
  5. Cook the sandwiches in the skillet until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. Optional: Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with raspberry jam.
