Ingredients

  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Fresh mint leaves packed

Instructions 

  1. Combine water and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
  2. Add the mint leaves and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and let it steep for 10 minutes.
  3. Strain the syrup into a jar, pressing the mint leaves to extract all the liquid. Let it cool before using.
