Mexican Bean Salad Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 can Black beans drained and rinsed
- 1 can Corn drained
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
- 1 cup Bell pepper diced
- ¼ cup Red onion finely chopped
- ¼ cup Cilantro chopped
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 2 tablespoon Lime juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Salt or to taste
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper or to taste
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the black beans, corn, cherry tomatoes, bell pepper, red onion, and cilantro. 
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lime juice, cumin, salt, and black pepper. 
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine. 
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
