Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.
Form mixture into meatballs and cook in a skillet over medium heat until browned on all sides.
Place meatballs in a baking dish, cover with marinara sauce, and bake for 20 minutes.
Toast hoagie rolls in the oven for 5 minutes.
Assemble sandwiches by placing meatballs on rolls, topping with sauce and shredded mozzarella cheese.
Serve hot and enjoy!
