Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 cup Marinara Sauce
  • 4 rolls Hoagie Rolls
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.
  3. Form mixture into meatballs and cook in a skillet over medium heat until browned on all sides.
  4. Place meatballs in a baking dish, cover with marinara sauce, and bake for 20 minutes.
  5. Toast hoagie rolls in the oven for 5 minutes.
  6. Assemble sandwiches by placing meatballs on rolls, topping with sauce and shredded mozzarella cheese.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
