Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Vegetable oil
- 1 whole Egg at room temperature
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- ½ teaspoon Salt
In a blender or mixing bowl, combine the egg, lemon juice, and mustard.
Blend or whisk until well combined.
Slowly add the oil while continuing to blend or whisk until the mixture thickens.
Season with salt to taste.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
