Homemade mayonnaise is easy to make and tastes way better than store-bought.

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Vegetable oil
- 1 whole Egg at room temperature
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- In a blender or mixing bowl, combine the egg, lemon juice, and mustard. 
- Blend or whisk until well combined. 
- Slowly add the oil while continuing to blend or whisk until the mixture thickens. 
- Season with salt to taste. 
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
