- 2 cups Cucumber, sliced
- 1 cup Red Onion, sliced
- 2 cups Tomatoes, chopped
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cucumber, red onion, and tomatoes.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, and black pepper.
