Manicotti Recipe
A classic Italian dish with stuffed pasta shells and rich tomato sauce.

Main Ingredients
- 8 pieces Manicotti Shells
- 2 cups Ricotta Cheese
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
- ½ cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 1 large Egg
- 2 cups Marinara Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook manicotti shells according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, salt, and pepper.
Stuff each manicotti shell with the cheese mixture.
Spread 1 cup of marinara sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
Place stuffed shells in the baking dish and cover with remaining marinara sauce.
Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
