Instructions
Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Gradually whisk in milk, and cook until thickened, about 5 minutes.
Stir in cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
Combine cheese sauce with cooked macaroni. Pour into a baking dish.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
