Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Salmon fillet skinless
  • ¼ cup Kosher salt
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Black pepper crushed
  • 1 bunch Dill fresh

Instructions 

  1. 1. Mix salt, sugar, and black pepper in a bowl.
  2. 2. Place half the dill in a baking dish. Lay the salmon on top.
  3. 3. Cover the salmon with the salt mixture, then the remaining dill.
  4. 4. Wrap tightly with plastic wrap. Place a weight on top and refrigerate for 24-48 hours.
  5. 5. Rinse the salmon, pat dry, and slice thinly to serve.
