Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lb Lobster cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 cup Celery diced
  • 2 tablespoon Chives chopped
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add lobster and cook until bright red, about 10 minutes. Remove and let cool.
  2. 2. Once cooled, chop the lobster meat into bite-sized pieces.
  3. 3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise and lemon juice.
  4. 4. Add the chopped lobster, celery, and chives to the bowl. Mix well.
  5. 5. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
  6. 6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
