- 2 lobsters, cooked and chopped
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped chives
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 hot dog buns
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Mix lobster, mayonnaise, lemon juice, chives, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Brush buns with melted butter and toast until golden.
