Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups lobster meat cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup fish stock
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add flour and cook, stirring constantly, until golden brown.
  2. 2. Add tomato paste, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for another minute.
  3. 3. Slowly whisk in fish stock, white wine, and heavy cream. Bring to a simmer.
  4. 4. Add lobster meat and cook for 10 minutes.
  5. 5. Blend the soup until smooth. Strain through a fine mesh strainer.
  6. 6. Return to the pot and heat through before serving.
