Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef liver
  • 2 large onions sliced
  • 1 cup milk
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Soak liver in milk for 30 minutes, then drain and pat dry.
  2. Dredge liver in flour, shaking off excess.
  3. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Cook onions until soft and caramelized, about 10 minutes.
  5. Remove onions, add liver to the skillet, and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  6. Return onions to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook for another 2 minutes.
