Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 10 pieces Lemons organic
  • 1 liter Vodka high-proof
  • 4 cups Water
  • 3 cups Sugar

Instructions 

  1. Peel the lemons, avoiding the white pith.
  2. Place the peels in a large jar and pour the vodka over them.
  3. Seal the jar and let it sit for 2 weeks.
  4. After 2 weeks, strain the liquid to remove the peels.
  5. In a saucepan, combine water and sugar. Heat until sugar dissolves. Let it cool.
  6. Mix the sugar syrup with the lemon-infused vodka.
  7. Bottle the limoncello and refrigerate before serving.
