Main Ingredients
- 10 pieces Lemons organic
- 1 liter Vodka high-proof
- 4 cups Water
- 3 cups Sugar
Peel the lemons, avoiding the white pith.
Place the peels in a large jar and pour the vodka over them.
Seal the jar and let it sit for 2 weeks.
After 2 weeks, strain the liquid to remove the peels.
In a saucepan, combine water and sugar. Heat until sugar dissolves. Let it cool.
Mix the sugar syrup with the lemon-infused vodka.
Bottle the limoncello and refrigerate before serving.
