Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • ½ cup Flour
  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • ½ cup Chicken broth
  • ¼ cup Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • ¼ cup Capers drained
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then dredge in flour.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  3. Add chicken broth, lemon juice, and capers to the skillet. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Return chicken to the skillet and simmer for another 5 minutes. Stir in butter until melted.
  5. Serve chicken with sauce spooned over the top.
