Instructions
Season chicken with salt and pepper, then dredge in flour.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
Add chicken broth, lemon juice, and capers to the skillet. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
Return chicken to the skillet and simmer for another 5 minutes. Stir in butter until melted.
Serve chicken with sauce spooned over the top.
