Instructions 

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground lamb, minced garlic, chopped mint, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.
  4. Grill the patties for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
  5. Toast the burger buns on the grill for about 1 minute.
