Ingredients

  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon gochujang
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • ¼ cup water

Instructions 

  1. In a saucepan, combine all ingredients.
  2. Whisk together and bring to a simmer over medium heat.
  3. Reduce heat and let it simmer for 5-7 minutes until slightly thickened.
  4. Remove from heat and let it cool. Use immediately or store in the fridge.
