Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked rice preferably day-old
  • 1 cup Kimchi chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Kimchi juice
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • 2 Green onions chopped
  • 1 Carrot diced
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. Add carrots and cook until tender.
  4. Push vegetables to the side and pour beaten eggs into the wok. Scramble until cooked.
  5. Add cooked rice, kimchi, and kimchi juice. Stir well.
  6. Season with soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
