Instructions
Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add the popcorn kernels and sugar, and stir to coat.
Cover the pot with a lid and shake the pot frequently to prevent burning.
Once popping slows to about 2-3 seconds between pops, remove from heat.
Sprinkle with salt and stir to coat evenly. Let cool slightly before serving.
