Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon mirin
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil

Instructions 

  1. Beat the eggs in a bowl.
  2. Add sugar, mirin, soy sauce, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add oil.
  4. Pour a thin layer of the egg mixture into the pan.
  5. Once the edges set, roll the egg to one side.
  6. Add more egg mixture to the empty side of the pan.
  7. Repeat until all the egg mixture is used.
  8. Remove from pan and slice into pieces.
