Jambalaya Recipe
A hearty and flavorful one-pot dish from Louisiana, packed with chicken, sausage, and shrimp.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken breast, diced
- 1 lb Andouille sausage, sliced
- 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup Onion, chopped
- 1 cup Green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup Celery, chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 cups Chicken broth
- 1 cup Tomato sauce
- 1 cup Long grain rice
- 2 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
- 2 pcs Bay leaves
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. In a large pot, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the chicken and sausage, cook until browned.
2. Add the onion, bell pepper, celery, and garlic. Cook until vegetables are tender.
3. Stir in the chicken broth, tomato sauce, rice, Cajun seasoning, thyme, and bay leaves. Bring to a boil.
4. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 20-25 minutes, or until rice is cooked.
5. Add the shrimp and cook for another 5 minutes, or until shrimp are pink and cooked through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Remove bay leaves before serving. Enjoy!
