- 12 Jalapenos halved and seeded
- 8 oz Cream cheese softened
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon Butter melted
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Fill each jalapeno half with the cheese mixture.
In another bowl, mix breadcrumbs with melted butter.
Press the breadcrumb mixture onto the top of each filled jalapeno.
Place the jalapenos on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, or until the breadcrumbs are golden brown.
