  • 2 racks baby back ribs
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup water

Instructions 

  1. 1. Remove the membrane from the ribs.
  2. 2. Season the ribs with your favorite rub.
  3. 3. Place the trivet in the Instant Pot and add water.
  4. 4. Place the ribs on the trivet, standing on their side.
  5. 5. Cook on high pressure for 25 minutes, then natural release for 10 minutes.
  6. 6. Brush ribs with BBQ sauce and broil for 5 minutes.
