  • 3 pounds corned beef brisket
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 large onion, quartered
  • 6 cloves garlic, smashed
  • 1 tablespoon pickling spice

Instructions 

  1. 1. Place the corned beef brisket, water, onion, garlic, and pickling spice in the Instant Pot.
  2. 2. Close the lid and set the valve to sealing. Cook on high pressure for 90 minutes.
  3. 3. Once the cooking time is complete, allow the pressure to release naturally for 15 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.
  4. 4. Remove the corned beef from the Instant Pot and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
