Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken Breast cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 large Onion finely chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger grated
  • 2 tablespoon Curry Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric
  • 400 ml Coconut Milk
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Garam Masala
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Cilantro chopped, for garnish

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onions and cook until golden brown.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, cook for another minute.
  3. Add curry powder and turmeric, stir well.
  4. Add chicken and cook until no longer pink.
  5. Pour in coconut milk and chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  6. Season with salt, pepper, and garam masala. Simmer for another 10 minutes.
  7. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot.
