Indian Butter Chicken Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 500 g Chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup Yogurt for marination
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 1 cup Tomato puree
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon Ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon Garam masala
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon Chili powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon Cilantro chopped, for garnish
Marinate the chicken with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, chili powder, and salt. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook until browned.
Add tomato puree and cook for 10 minutes.
Stir in heavy cream and garam masala. Simmer for another 10 minutes.
Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot with naan or rice.
