Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken Thighs bone-in, skin-on
  • ½ cup Soy Sauce
  • ½ cup Brown Sugar
  • ¼ cup Ketchup
  • ¼ cup Pineapple Juice
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger grated

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, ketchup, pineapple juice, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
  2. 2. Reserve a small portion of the marinade for basting. Place chicken thighs in the remaining marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  3. 3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, basting occasionally with the reserved marinade.
  4. 4. Cook until the chicken is fully cooked and has a nice char. Serve hot.
