Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 8 slices Bread Choose your favorite type
  • 8 slices Ham
  • 8 slices Cheese Cheddar or Swiss
  • 2 tablespoon Butter Softened

Instructions 

  1. 1. Butter one side of each slice of bread.
  2. 2. Place a slice of cheese on the unbuttered side of four slices of bread.
  3. 3. Add a slice of ham on top of the cheese.
  4. 4. Top with another slice of cheese and then another slice of bread, buttered side out.
  5. 5. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  6. 6. Cook sandwiches in the skillet until golden brown and cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
