Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 slices white bread
  • 1 lb turkey breast, cooked and sliced
  • 8 slices tomato
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 8 slices crispy bacon

Mornay Sauce

  • 4 tablespoon butter
  • 4 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Gradually whisk in milk and cook until thickened. Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat.
  4. Place the bread slices in a baking dish. Top each with turkey slices and tomato slices.
  5. Pour Mornay sauce over the top and sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the sauce is bubbly and lightly browned.
  7. Top each sandwich with 2 slices of crispy bacon and serve hot.
