- ¼ cup Olive oil
- 2 tablespoon Lime juice freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
In a bowl, whisk together lime juice, honey, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while whisking continuously until the dressing is well combined.
