- ½ cup Honey
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- ½ cup Soy Sauce
- ¼ cup Water
- 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
In a saucepan, combine honey, soy sauce, and water. Heat over medium heat.
In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with a bit of water to create a slurry. Add to the saucepan.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until thickened, about 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and let cool slightly before serving.
