- 8  chicken thighs bone-in, skin-on
- ⅓ cup honey
- ¼ cup soy sauce low sodium
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). 
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic. 
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken thighs until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side. 
- Pour the honey garlic sauce over the chicken thighs. 
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through. 
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.
