Main Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes peeled and diced
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add diced potatoes and cook until they start to brown, about 10 minutes.
Add chopped onion, salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook until potatoes are tender and onions are caramelized, about 10 more minutes.
Serve hot.
