  • 1 package Frozen Hash Browns thawed
  • 2 cups Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 small Onion finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine thawed hash browns, shredded cheddar cheese, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, chopped onion, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
