- 2 large cucumbers thinly sliced
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon dill chopped
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
1. Thinly slice the cucumbers and place them in a mixing bowl.
2. In a separate bowl, mix sour cream, vinegar, dill, sugar, salt, and pepper.
3. Pour the dressing over the cucumbers and mix well.
4. Let it sit for at least 10 minutes before serving.
