Grilled Turkey Reuben Sandwich Recipe
A delicious twist on the classic Reuben sandwich, using turkey instead of corned beef.

Main Ingredients
- 4 slices rye bread
- 4 slices cooked turkey breast
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 0.5 cup sauerkraut, drained
- 0.25 cup Thousand Island dressing
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
Butter one side of each slice of bread.
On the unbuttered side, spread Thousand Island dressing.
Layer turkey, sauerkraut, and Swiss cheese on two slices of bread.
Top with the remaining bread, buttered side out.
Grill sandwiches in the skillet until golden brown and cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
