  • 4 links Sausage Italian or your favorite type
  • 2 Bell Peppers sliced
  • 1 Onion sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the sliced bell peppers and onions with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place the sausages on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked.
  4. Meanwhile, place the peppers and onions in a grill basket or on a piece of foil. Grill for about 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender and slightly charred.
  5. Serve the grilled sausages with the peppers and onions on top. Enjoy!
