- 4 Italian sausages
- 4 Hoagie rolls
- 1 Bell pepper, sliced
- 1 Onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 cup Marinara sauce
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Grill the sausages for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked.
In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced bell pepper and onion, and sauté until soft, about 5 minutes.
Toast the hoagie rolls on the grill for 1-2 minutes until lightly browned.
Assemble the sandwiches by placing a sausage in each roll, topping with sautéed peppers and onions, and drizzling with marinara sauce.
