  • 4 fillets Halibut about 6 ounces each
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush the halibut fillets with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the fillets on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  4. Remove from the grill and drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
