Ingredients

  • 4 fillets Cod about 6 oz each
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush the cod fillets with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the fillets on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
  4. Remove from the grill and drizzle with lemon juice.
  5. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
