Ingredients

  • 4 slices Bread Any type you like
  • 2 tablespoon Butter Softened
  • 4 slices Cheese Cheddar or American

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Butter one side of each bread slice.
  3. 3. Place two slices of bread, buttered side down, on the skillet.
  4. 4. Add cheese slices on top of the bread in the skillet.
  5. 5. Top with the remaining bread slices, buttered side up.
  6. 6. Cook until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side until golden and cheese is melted.
