Grilled Cheese de Mayo
A delicious twist on the classic grilled cheese, using mayo instead of butter for a crispier crust.

- 4 slices Bread Any type you prefer
- 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise Divided
- 4 slices Cheese Cheddar or American
1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
2. Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread.
3. Place two slices of bread, mayo side down, in the skillet.
4. Add cheese slices on top of the bread in the skillet.
5. Top with the remaining slices of bread, mayo side up.
6. Cook until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 4-5 minutes per side.
