  • 4 cups Mixed Greens washed and dried
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 0.5 cup Cucumber sliced
  • 0.25 cup Red Onion thinly sliced
  • 0.25 cup Feta Cheese crumbled
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and feta cheese.
  2. 2. Drizzle the olive oil and lemon juice over the salad.
  3. 3. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  4. 4. Toss the salad gently to combine all ingredients.
  5. 5. Serve immediately.
