Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Green Peas frozen, thawed
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
- ½ cup Red Onion diced
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- to taste Salt and Pepper
- In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and sugar. Mix well. 
- Add green peas, cheddar cheese, and red onion to the bowl. Stir to combine. 
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve chilled.
