Main Ingredients
- ½ cup Olive Oil
- ¼ cup Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Oregano dried
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, and lemon juice.
Add Dijon mustard, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
Whisk until well combined and emulsified.
Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
