Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped tomatoes
  • 1 cup cucumber, sliced
  • ½ cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup kalamata olives
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, olives, and feta cheese.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, and oregano.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
